Announcements
A new wastewater treatment plant is being constructed in the Village of Whiting this summer near the Plover River. Portions of the Mainland Meadows/Papermill Trail near its crossing of the Plover River will be affected by the construction. Please note that the area indicated on the map is an active construction site. Trail users must use caution when traveling through this portion, as heavy machinery and construction crews will be sharing the road. In addition, the trail will be closed for brief periods of time (10-20 minutes) during the weekdays while construction is taking place. Your patience during this construction is appreciated. If you have any questions, contact Schmeeckle Reserve at (715) 346-4992.
